Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Starrywear. We hope you are pleased with your purchase.

If you are dissatisfied with the items you received, we are happy to arrange an exchange or refund. Please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 1 hour of purchase. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email us. Please note that we will NOT accept order cancellation requests after 1 hour of purchase.

Please keep the following information in mind for the return process:

1. Contact us with your order number. If the items are defective or incorrect, please attach a picture.

2. All returns must be approved by our customer service team. We will provide you with the address of the nearest warehouse for the return.

3. Once we receive your package, returns will be processed within 5 days. The refunded amount will be credited back using the original payment method.

Our Return & Refund Policy:

1. You have 20 days from the date of purchase to decide if an item meets your needs. If you want to return or exchange the item, please contact us within this 20-day period.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: beauty products, gift cards, bodysuits, lingerie sets & sleepwear, swimwear, and underwear (including women's shapewear and body shapers).

3. Items marked as final sale (30% off or more) cannot be returned.

4. We do not provide prepaid return labels, and you are responsible for covering shipping costs for unwanted returns. However, as a token of our appreciation, we will issue you a store gift card equal to the value of your return shipping costs.

5. All items must be unworn and in their original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Garments that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

6. Business Purchases: Business purchases with a total value of more than $300 are not eligible for return. For queries related to business purchases, please contact us at support@at starrywear.com.
